His expertise encompasses Refinance, Project Appraisal, Sourcing and Syndication, Loan Restructuring, Business Development, Centralized and Branch Operations, Retail Banking, Risk Management, Audit, MIS, HR, Training, Administration, IT, and Transaction Banking. Mr. K.C. With dual professional degree of CAIIB and L.L.B., he currently serves as a Managing Director of Areion Finserve. Throughout his career, Mr R.N. Tayal has excelled across diverse banking domains, particularly in large corporate credit, forex, and branch management. He has held leadership positions at various large corporate branches, including overseas branch, and played a pivotal role during a critical period in Indian banking as the head of the credit monitoring department at Bank of India’s corporate office. His decades of rich experience and strategic leadership have positioned him as a trusted authority within the industry.

Mr. Ajay Mehta is the Chief Executive Officer at Areion Assets Management Pvt. Ltd. A Chartered Accountant by qualification. Mr. Mehta brings with him 27 years of diverse leadership experience across Banking, Corporate Finance, Syndication/Resolution of stress assets, and core Manufacturing sectors such as Cement and Oil & Gas.

Mr. Suresh Khatanhar is a seasoned banking professional with over 40 years of experience across Corporate and Retail Banking, Project Finance, Risk Management, Audit, Compliance, Treasury, Digital Banking, International Banking, and Remedial Management. He holds an M.Com. degree and is qualified as AICWA and CAIIB.
He served as Deputy Managing Director & Whole-Time Director of IDBI Bank (2020-2024), where he played a key role in the Bank’s successful transformation and return to profitability, driving business growth, strengthening risk governance, and enhancing digital capabilities and operational efficiency.
Mr. Khatanhar has also held leadership roles as Chief Risk Officer, Chief Audit Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer at IDBI Bank. His board experience includes serving as Chairman of IDBI Intech Limited and IDBI MF Trustee Company Limited, Trustee at Board of SASF, and Director on the boards of several leading organizations, including NSDL. He currently serves as an Independent Director on the Board of Anand Rathi Share & Stock Brokers Limited.
Mr. Suresh Kumar Jain

Mr. Suresh Kumar Jain brings over 30 years of extensive banking experience to his role. He holds an M.A. in Economics and a diploma in Personnel Management and Labour Welfare. He is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers. Previously, he retired as the Executive Director of Union Bank of India. His international expertise includes overseeing operations and a large pool of funds of the bank in Hong Kong, London, Dubai. Throughout his career, Mr. Suresh Kumar Jain has specialised in International Banking, Human Resource Development, Growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises, Management of Commercial and Retail Banking Operations. He has a proven track record in the appraisal of Large credits, Loan syndications, Trade finance, Product marketing, Restructuring and Recovery of stressed assets. Known for his team-oriented leadership and ethical approach, Mr. Suresh Kumar Jain regularly shared his insights as a speaker at seminars, summits, and conclaves. His professional journey includes serving as Executive Vice President at Essel Group, where he played a pivotal role in establishing the infrastructure vertical as CFO of Essel Infraprojects Limited. Prior to that, he garnered valuable experience at esteemed organizations such as Reliance Industries Limited, Raymond Limited’s Textile division, Essel Group’s Satellite & Cable Television sector, and Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Limited. With over 22 years of rich experience, he has developed global expertise, particularly across the Asia Pacific (APAC) and Middle Eastern regions, gaining experience in world-renowned professional practice firms, insurance companies, and US-listed entities. His extensive portfolio includes roles in investment banking, managing investment portfolios across domestic and overseas equity, emerging markets, debt and bond securities, and real estate trusts. Additionally, Mr. Kanjwani has been instrumental in Government Revenue Audits and Project Finance, consistently achieving successful outcomes.

His academic credentials include an MBA from Welingkar’s Institute of Management, LL.B., CAIIB, B.Com, Diploma in Computer applications along with certifications in Basel-II, and Independent Directorship (IICA). Currently, Mr. Khandelwal serves as Director on the Boards of Areion Credittech Private Limited, Areion Fincap Private Limited, Rajradhey Finance Limited, and Aritas Vinyl Limited, while also holding the position of Internal Ombudsman at Unity Small Finance Bank, appointed with RBI approval.
